I came through the space portal carrying them! I don't know
why
I had a box of space drugs, but I assumed they were mine!
Some hi-jinks happened and Ultra Magnus ended up confiscating them.
...Don't tell Ultra Magnus this, but Riptide still had a bunch if you want any. It's... probably in his room.
